Ingredients

  • Assorted lettuce-30 gms
  • black beans- 15 gms
  • Spinach- 15 gms
  • cherry tomatoes-15 gms
  • Cucumber- 15 gms
  • Carrot- 15 gms
  • red onion- 10 gms
  • Avocado- 15 gms
  • Cheese- 15 gms
  • fresh herbs – 5 gms

FOR DRESSING:-

Honey- 25ml

Mint chopped- 4-5 leaves

Olive oil- 20 ml

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

 Shred lettuce and spinach. Boil Rajma. Cut cherry tomato,carrot,onion, avacado and cheese into cubes.

 

Step 2

 Mix all ingredients and adjust seasonings. Remove in salad bowl. 

Step 3

Make dressing from Honey, Olive oil & fresh mint and serve just before service.
