About this Recipe

A very very easy and quick hunger grab. Make this when you have some leftover chicken and fresh apple. Try this simple and quick recipe and comment.


  • 6 Bread slices
  • 60 gms Hummus/Mayonnaise
  • 1 small sized Apple
  • 100 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 100 gms Cabbage
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Shred Cabbage finely. Cut Apple into small cubes

Step 2

Marinate Chicken with Salt & pepper. Add Olive oil on pan and cook chicken from both sides. If using leftover chicken, just shred the chicken from bone.

Step 3

Apply Hummus on 2 slices of bread. Add Cabbage, Apple and Chicken. Again add 20 gms of Hummus. Assemble triple layered sandwich

Step 4

Add oil on pan and heat. Place sandwich on tawa and toast till golden brown on both sides.

Step 5

Cut into triangles and serve with Mint chutney and Tomato ketchup.
