A VERY HEALTHY CHICKEN WRAP……QUICK & EASY TO PREPARE

- Whole wheat flour- 80 gms
- Hummus – 30 gm
- Mayonnaise – 10 gm
- Roasted Chicken (shredded) – 70gm
- Shredded Cabbage – 30 gm
- Thin Sliced Onion – 5 gm
- Fine Juliennes of carrot- 5gm
- Thin juliennes of bellpeppers -10gm
- Salt & pepper – to taste
- Oil- for grilling
Step by Step Instructions
Take a bowl add all the cut veggies to it , add mayonnaise, season it with salt
and pepper .mix it well and keep it in the refrigerator until needed.
Knead a soft dough with whole wheat flour, water and 1 tbsp oil to soften the
dough. Roll the dough into a thin tortillas and bake on both sides on a hot pan.
Spread some hummus on the tortilla,add the shredded chicken,add the
prepared veggies mixture to it .Tightly roll the wrap and make a tight compact cylinder.
Brush the wrap with some oil and place it on a hot griller grate and grill it for
about 4-5 mins on each side or until evenly browned.
Serve the hot grill chicken wrap with tomato ketchup and mint chutney
