- Eggs -2no
- Mayonnaise -1tbs
- Djion mustard sauce -2tbs
- Beetroot – half
- Celery -1/2tbs
- Salt-to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Step by Step Instructions
Take a saucepan fill it half with water, add salt & a cap of vinegar to it.
Boil the eggs for about 10-12 min to get hard boil egg.
After boiling, de shell the eggs & cut into half ,Separate the egg white & egg
Soak the egg white in beetroot reduction for about an hour.
Take a bowl , add the cooked egg yolks to it.mash it well with the help of fork.
Add finely chopped celery, carrot & fresh parsley to it.
Lastly add Dijon mustard paste, mayonnaise & season it with salt & pepper.
Mix the ingredients well with egg yolks. To form a creamy & smooth mixture.
Takeout the egg white & place it on plate , pipe the egg yolk mixture into the
hollow of the egg white.
Finish the dish by garnishing it with some fresh parsley leaves.
